Michael Mohalick was born into a middle-class family in South Carolina, where he learned the values of hard work and integrity. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1993, he briefly worked in the insurance claims industry before being drawn into the booming mortgage sector in the early 2000s. During this time, Michael built large mortgage sales teams across the country.
After the Great Recession and the subsequent mortgage crisis, and following a short period in investment real estate, Michael transitioned into the Final Expense Insurance field. He began as a top-performing representative and later became an agency owner, leading over 500 agents nationwide.
It was here that Michael discovered his true purpose: mentoring independent insurance agents—people who want to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. He teaches them how to build and run successful insurance practices, helping them create generational wealth and transform their families’ futures.
When he’s not mentoring agents, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, their four children, and their granddaughter.
